We are looking for a IT Sales Manager, a communication expert with strong analytical skills to operate in international markets: Europe, the UK, the US, and Canada. This role covers two directions at once — selling our own products and promoting our end-to-end service development, since WebbyLab combines both a product line and outsourcing.
Our clients are technology companies, startups, and enterprise businesses, mostly in Fintech, as well as hardware brands and businesses that need custom development. We expect you to quickly dive into new projects, analyze client needs, gather and formalize requirements, and, most importantly, create high-quality commercial proposals and BRDs that accelerate development and ensure successful deal closures.

Service development (outsourcing): * Fintech — payment processing, KYC/AML, Open Banking integrations; * IoT & Embedded — end-to-end development from idea to a production-ready device: firmware, cloud, mobile and web apps; * E-commerce & AI — custom e-commerce solutions, LLM integrations and AI agents.
Your skill set: * English: Advanced or Upper-Intermediate level for fluent negotiations in international markets, including confident understanding of native speakers and various accents; * 3+ years of experience in B2B sales at a service (outsourcing) or product IT company; * Experience in preparing commercial proposals, concluding contracts, and drafting Business Requirements Documents (BRD); * Readiness to quickly master the technical specifics of different products and industries with the support of our team.
Would be a plus: * An existing network of contacts in Fintech or IT outsourcing; * Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce), Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or AI tools; * Readiness for client support (Account Management) and participation in marketing activities; * Eligibility for international travel to participate in specialized conferences and business trips.
Your responsibilities: * Managing inbound leads through various channels (website, email, LinkedIn, conferences); * Analyzing client profiles to prepare personalized communication aligned with their needs and business goals; * Conducting intro and discovery calls, organizing and participating in product demonstrations; * Preparing commercial proposals, contracts, and supporting documentation; * Writing business requirements and preparing BRDs in collaboration with technical teams; * Managing the client journey from initial contact to contract signing and CRM maintenance; * Participating in conferences, networking events, and actively developing a professional LinkedIn profile; * Identifying potential deal risks and proactively proposing solutions.
Additional tasks that may arise: * Participation in forming the marketing strategy for product development; * Client support in the role of an Account Manager after the contract is signed.
