We expect you to have: * Experience in the iGaming industry * Understanding of networking protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, WebSocket) * Experience working with and analyzing logs * Basic knowledge of SQL * Strong attention to detail and patience * English level B1+ (written communication and documentation)
Responsibilities: * Receiving, analyzing, and resolving technical support requests * Configuring products according to client requirements * Identifying, analyzing, and troubleshooting system issues * Working with databases (verifying data and executing SQL queries) * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases * Creating and maintaining technical documentation
