You’ll be helping our customers achieve their hiring goals What You’ll Be Doing: * Own lead sourcing by identifying and building high-quality prospect lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using LinkedIn, Google, and other research tools; * Enrich and qualify leads by validating contact details and adding firmographic and role-based insights (company size, industry, needs) to prioritize sales-ready prospects; * Keep our CRM clean and reliable by proactively removing duplicates, updating outdated records, and maintaining strong data hygiene; * Partner closely with SDRs to support outbound campaigns, share insights, and deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports that drive pipeline growth.
You are our ideal candidate if you have: * Upper-Intermediate English (B1) or higher; * Hands-on experience with Google Spreadsheets and LinkedIn, including Sales Navigator fundamentals; * Ability to efficiently collect, analyze, and organize large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy; * Strong analytical, research, and communication skills, combined with high productivity and exceptional attention to detail.
It would be a plus if you have: * Background in sales research, outreach, lead generation, or prospecting; * Familiarity with research methodologies and common data sourcing and email discovery/validation tools, such as PhantomBuster, Snov.io, Hunter, or similar platforms.
