In this role, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you’ll own the execution layer of our marketing operations engine—driving paid acquisition, email automation, website optimization, and performance reporting. We are looking for a hands-on builder, not just a strategist or a coordinator. Within your first 6 to 9 months, you will transition to owning your domain end-to-end. You’ll manage our marketing infrastructure to keep systems seamless and campaigns moving efficiently.
This is a full-time, remote position with standard local business hours (with a few hours of daily overlap required with US Eastern time).
What You’ll Do * Own Paid Acquisition: Manage end-to-end execution across multiple paid channels, including Paid Social, Retargeting, and AI-Search, using real, meaningful budgets. * Drive Email & Automation: Build, test, and deploy complex lifecycle marketing and nurture journeys inside Pardot. You will partner closely with Customer Success to build automated journeys that support and retain users throughout their lifecycle. * Optimize Web & CRO: Build dedicated landing pages and set up continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests to maximize traffic value. * Manage Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain clear performance dashboards to monitor campaign health, tracking KPIs for the broader team. * Build with AI: Use AI tools and agents as core infrastructure, building reusable workflows, automations, and prompt systems that multiply your output across paid, email, web, and reporting, and improving them over time. * Orchestrate Campaigns & Launches: Coordinate cross-functional initiatives alongside Customer Success, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), referral programs, and webinars. * Develop Enablement Assets: Produce high-impact product-launch and sales-enablement assets to arm the commercial team.
What We’re Looking For * True Full-Stack Execution: You can independently build an email journey, launch paid ads, build a landing page, and set up a dashboard yourself. * B2B SaaS Focus: Proven track record of executing growth and marketing initiatives in a B2B environment, ideally B2B SaaS. Experience marketing to US or Canadian audiences is a strong plus. * Multi-Channel Paid Experience: Proven track record of hands-on management across more than one paid acquisition channel at a real budget. * Tech Stack Fluency: Hands-on with marketing automation (we run Pardot; HubSpot or Marketo experience transfers), Salesforce as the CRM, and analytics tooling, we work in BigQuery. Comfort in a CMS or page builder for landing pages; light HTML/CSS is a plus. * AI-Native Operator: You work with AI as a daily production system, not an occasional chat window. You’ve built repeatable AI workflows, structured prompt libraries, custom agents, or automation chains, and you can show how they made your work measurably faster or better. * Autonomous Builder Mindset: You excel when given a high-level goal and the freedom to figure out the “how” without needing a detailed script for every task. * Strong Communication & Overlap: Fluent professional English with a high level of comfort working asynchronously. Ability to occasionally shift hours later for closer US overlap during major launch pushes. * Multidisciplinary Range: You thrive when managing several marketing functions simultaneously. Rather than just overseeing them, you dive deep into the execution of paid, email, web, and reporting initiatives.
