Children of Heroes was established to support the countless Ukrainian children who have faced the profound loss of a parent or parents during the ongoing war. The Fund offers comprehensive assistance to these children and their families, guided by our dedicated team of Family Helpers. Our programs are made possible through the generous support of our partners and donors.

We’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager — Corporate Fundraising Manager (remote).
Responsibilities:
* Attracting corporate partners at the national and international levels
* Conducting market research, identifying key industries and potential partners
* Establishing contacts with top management at companies, conducting high-level negotiations
* Preparing customized partnership proposals, developing unique collaboration formats
* Preparing comprehensive reports on the effectiveness of collaboration with corporate partners
* Collaborating with international foundations and donor organizations to expand corporate funding
* Working with Brand&Communications, and Program teams to increase the foundation’s visibility among business partners
* Optimizing and improving processes for engaging with corporate donors.
Requirements:
* Experience in corporate fundraising, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales (3+ years).
* Proven track record of attracting corporate partners or building partnership programs.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate at the C-suite level.
* Analytical thinking, the ability to work with data, and develop strategic plans.
* High level of English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced).
* Experience managing international projects is a plus.
* Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Leadership qualities and the ability to organize team work (as needed).
