Your mission: get this story in front of the right people — personally, relevantly, in a way that’s impossible to ignore — and build the outbound engine that makes it predictable. The team You’ll join our Sales & Growth team and take ownership of building a repeatable outbound lead generation engine — not inheriting one. You’ll have real freedom to design the system: channels, tooling, messaging, experiments.
Our CRM is built in-house around our own sales process, and we’re constantly improving our outreach workflows — you’ll help shape them, not just use them. You’ll work closely with the founder and Sales team while having significant ownership over the lead generation process. What we’re looking for Lead generation in 2026 is no longer about sending hundreds of generic messages. We expect someone who knows how to: * build multi-channel outbound campaigns; * automate repetitive work while keeping outreach highly personalized; * test hypotheses and optimize conversion with real funnel data; * combine AI tools with human judgment and relationship-building.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys improving systems, not just executing tasks.
You’ll be a great fit if you * have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation for IT services, software development, design agencies, or SaaS; * use multiple outbound channels — LinkedIn, email, communities, partnerships, or other relevant platforms; * actively automate your workflow using AI and no-code/automation tools; * know how to personalize outreach at scale; * have excellent written English (B2+); * have high emotional intelligence and build rapport through written communication; * enjoy experimenting, measuring results, and continuously improving your approach.
We’d especially love to see * proven outbound results achieved during the last 6 months; * a clear understanding of your funnel metrics and conversion rates; * examples of outreach campaigns you’ve built and their analytics.
We’re much more interested in demonstrated results than years of experience. What you’ll do * Identify and research target companies and decision-makers. * Build outbound campaigns across relevant acquisition channels. * Create highly personalized outreach messages. * Use AI and automation tools to scale outbound without sacrificing quality. * Continuously experiment with messaging, segmentation, and outreach strategies. * Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls. * Maintain accurate data in our internal CRM. * Track funnel performance and propose improvements. * Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness. * Help improve our internal outbound processes and automation.
Must-have * Experience in outbound lead generation with measurable results. * Strong written English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher). * Experience using AI to automate lead generation workflows. * Strong research skills. * Excellent written communication. * Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making. * High ownership and self-management. * High emotional intelligence.
Nice to have * Experience selling design, software development, or other B2B services. * Experience building automations with AI agents, no-code tools, or workflow platforms. * Experience working with custom CRMs. * Familiarity with modern prospecting databases and enrichment tools.
