We’re entering a new stage of marketing.
Rather than treating our website as a collection of pages, we’re transforming it into a scalable knowledge infrastructure that powers brand visibility, SEO, AI search, LLMs, sales enablement, and future AI agents.
We’re looking for an AI Content Strategist who can lead this transformation.
This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll work directly with the CEO, Solution Architects, Delivery teams, and Business Development to capture the company’s expertise and transform it into a structured, scalable knowledge ecosystem.

What You’ll Build
During your first months, you’ll help transform Dinarys’ marketing foundation by building an AI-native knowledge ecosystem. You’ll work on structuring the company’s expertise into a scalable knowledge base, designing content architecture, and developing AI-powered workflows that make our expertise accessible to both people and AI systems.
This role goes far beyond creating content. You’ll help shape how our knowledge is organized, connected, and distributed to strengthen brand authority, improve discoverability across search engines and LLMs, and create a long-term foundation that supports marketing, sales, and future AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Own and continuously evolve Dinarys’ Brand & Knowledge Strategy.
* Design and build a scalable knowledge infrastructure across the website and marketing assets.
* Define information architecture, content hierarchy, entities, and relationships across industries, services, technologies, and customer challenges.
* Build an AI-ready content ecosystem that improves discoverability across Google, LLMs, AI assistants, and future agentic systems.
* Develop a semantic SEO and entity-first content strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Conduct interviews with customers, Solution Architects, Project Managers, engineers, and leadership to transform expertise into reusable knowledge assets.
* Create customer success stories, technical case studies, solution pages, whitepapers, executive content, landing pages, and industry resources.
* Lead thought leadership initiatives around the CEO and technical experts.
* Design and optimize AI-powered content workflows using modern AI tools and agents.
* Continuously experiment with new AI capabilities, content operations, and knowledge management approaches.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Delivery, and Leadership to ensure marketing supports commercial growth.
* Measure and optimize brand visibility, organic growth, AI discoverability, and content performance.
Requirements
* 5+ years in B2B Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, Content Strategy, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
* Experience developing and executing strategic content initiatives.
* Strong business storytelling and interviewing skills.
* Experience transforming technical expertise into business-focused content.
* Strong understanding of SEO, semantic search, content architecture, and information organization.
* Experience designing scalable content systems rather than only producing individual assets.
* Experience working with software development, SaaS, AI, technology, or ecommerce companies.
* Practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) to improve marketing workflows.
* Ability to work independently, identify gaps, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
* Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate+).
Nice to Have
* Experience with Knowledge Management or Information Architecture.
* Understanding of entity-based AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), or LLM optimization.
* Experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
* Experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Storyblok, Sanity, etc.).
* Experience with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
* Experience with ecommerce or digital commerce.
* Experience with PR, thought leadership, executive branding, or developer marketing.
