PLVision is looking for a C Software Engineer to join our firmware tooling and infrastructure team, working for a technology leader we have partnered with for many years. In this role, you’ll build and improve the tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure that power firmware development for cutting-edge network hardware.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop tools for firmware Analyze and improve the existing CI/CD infrastructure Propose and implement extensions to the project infrastructure Maintain deployment and testing processes Ensure all production systems are robust and stable
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering Up to 2 years of engineering experience Solid knowledge of C and Python Basic networking knowledge is required (understanding of the OSI model and basic L2/L3 networking) Familiarity with CMake Experience in writing scripts and tools to support the development process
WOULD BE A PLUS
Experience in creating and presenting design documents Experience with hardware emulation systems Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies Experience with scripting languages such as Bash
