Requirements
Main requirements:
* Full legal education or current Master’s degree studies;
* Upper-Intermediate level of English, including spoken, written, and legal English;
* Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and international law;
* Experience in corporate, financial, or IT law will be an advantage.
Practical legal skills:
* Legal support for the activities of national and foreign companies;
* Legal support for the provision of fintech products and services;
* Review and drafting of contracts / agreements;
* Development of corporate policies and agreements.
Personal and professional qualities:
* Professional work ethic and high attention to detail;
* Diligence, attentiveness, and responsibility;
* Excellent analytical skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a team;
* Strong motivation for continuous learning and professional development.
Responsibilities
* Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda on specialized corporate, tax, and marketing matters;
* Mitigating the company’s legal risks;
* Providing contractual support to holding companies, including drafting and legal review of agreements, in particular Software Development Agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), License Agreements, Assignment of Rights Agreements, Work-for-Hire Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Advertising Agreements, and legal documents for websites, including Public Offer Agreements, Terms of Service, templates, etc.;
* Providing legal support to the marketing area, including advertising campaigns, intellectual property protection, and measures to counter informational / reputational attacks. Drafting Partnership Agreements, Sponsorship Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and Cooperation Agreements;
* Preparing corporate documentation, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, public contracts and offers, promotional campaign rules, etc.;
* Providing legal consultations to HR departments and company employees.
