As a Junior QA, you will focus on manual testing of web applications and business workflows built on a CRM and low-code platform. The role requires 1+ year of commercial or equivalent practical QA experience, a structured approach to testing, and confidence working with requirements, APIs, and data validation. Required for this role * 1+ year of commercial experience in software testing or equivalent practical QA experience. * Basic understanding of software testing principles, testing types, and QA processes. * Experience with manual testing of web applications, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. * Ability to create and maintain test cases, checklists, and test scenarios. * Basic understanding of REST APIs and experience with Postman or similar tools. * Basic knowledge of SQL and the ability to write simple queries for data validation. * Understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP/HTTPS, and basic web technologies. * Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools, along with the ability to analyze requirements and identify unclear or missing information. * Good attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively ask questions. * Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice to have * Previous experience with Creatio or another CRM or low-code platform. * Experience testing business processes, workflows, and integrations.
Your responsibilities * Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing of applications built on a CRM and low-code platform. * Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, then prepare test cases, checklists, and test scenarios. * Execute manual tests, document results, and report reproducible bugs and inconsistencies in Jira. * Test business processes, workflows, configurations, and integrations. * Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools and use SQL queries to validate data when required. * Run regression testing after new features, fixes, and configuration changes. * Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to clarify requirements and investigate issues. * Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies while supporting test coverage, QA documentation, and testing process improvements.
