About the Company: We are an emerging UAV startup, rapidly expanding to support the Ukrainian national needs with advanced drone technology. As a startup, we operate in a highly flexible environment where agility, adaptability, and a hands-on approach are critical for success. Position Overview: We seek meticulous Data Annotators to support our AI, computer vision, and flight autonomy teams by preparing high-quality labeled datasets. You will play a crucial role in training the next generation of UAV systems. This is a hands-on role requiring focus, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility. You’ll be working closely with engineers and product teams to iterate rapidly in a startup-style environment.
Key Responsibilities — Accurately annotate images and videos in accordance with project-specific guidelines. — Review and correct annotation errors; enhance existing data where necessary. Curate, organize, and manage large volumes of raw and annotated datasets. — Participate in internal quality assurance processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of annotations. — Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols at all times. — Identify and flag data quality issues or ambiguities for further review. — Collaborate with the perception and machine learning teams to refine annotation workflows and improve labeling accuracy. — Conduct open-source data searches to support dataset expansion and enrichment. — Consistently meet daily/weekly annotation productivity and quality benchmarks. — Prepare and submit concise reports upon completion of assigned annotation tasks.
Requirements — Proficiency with graphic tools (including graphic and 3D editors) and annotation tools (such as CVAT) — Experience with office software (Google Workspace) — Confident PC user — Attention to detail, ability to perform repetitive tasks, and accountability. — Ability to follow complex guidelines and maintain annotation consistency. — Good visual perception and spatial understanding. — Familiarity with computer vision concepts (preferred but not required). — Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
