We’re looking for a motivated specialist who wants to build a career in payments and grow into a Merchant Support role — becoming the go-to person for our clients on everything related to payment processing and account management.

Requirements for the candidate: * Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce * Strong analytical, pattern recognition and problem-solving skills * Basic understanding of card payments workflow and 3D Secure * Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, JSON, and web technologies * English level — B2-C1 (written and spoken) * Manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems individually * Adaptability to new patterns, quick-learner * Comfortable working with SLAs/ticketing systems such as Jira.
Nice to have: * Experience with log analysis tools (e.g. AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Elasticsearch, Kibana) * Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
What Merchant support specialist does: * Onboard new clients and helps them integrate our API & launch payment methods * Investigate client-reported incidents & assist with questions via ticketing system * Use internal tools, logs, and monitoring systems (AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Kibana/Elasticsearch) * Work closely with our Development, Payments Operations, Sales teams to resolve merchant issues * Escalate requests to appropriate teams and facilitate/track them through resolution * Contribute to internal documentation
