We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Participate in the budgeting process, including accrual and cash budgeting;
* Perform regular reconciliations with counterparties and investigate discrepancies;
* Monitor and analyze the budget on a weekly basis, identifying deviations and potential risks;
* Independently manage the full reporting closing cycle for the marketing function;
* Participate in the contract approval process from the Finance function perspective;
* Analyze financial and management accounting data and provide insights to support business decisions;
* Monitor costs, budget execution, and financial performance;
* Work closely with Marketing and other business teams on financial planning and analysis;
* Identify deviations from budget and support the development of corrective actions;
* Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data and reporting.
Requirements
* Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
* 5+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A, or a similar role;
* Experience in Gaming / Betting / iGaming is a plus;
* Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, and cost control;
* Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills;
* Experience with Tableau or similar BI/analytics tools;
* Familiarity with 1C and Asana;
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of financial data;
* High attention to detail and strong ownership of results;
* Ability to work independently and manage several tasks in a dynamic, fast-growing environment;
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Ukrainian — fluent;
* English — Intermediate+.
